The new administration recently signed an executive order ‘Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation.’
That is great and all… BUT what does this mean for girl’s sports?
Allowing others to identify based on “feeling” will enable boys to take advantage of the other sex’s privileges in sports. Most of these instances would be biological men taking advantage of women’s competition because of their “current” gender identity…
Some may say that statement is trans-phobic, but it is REALITY.
How in the world will THIS solve sexism?
The first paragraph of the executive order says, ‘Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports.’ This statement means boys that identify as girls will have access to women’s bathrooms, locker rooms and take part in women’s sports.
It is an undisputed fact that men have certain physical advantages that women do not possess. AND GUESS WHAT.
Women have advantages that men DON’T HAVE.
FACT: Men and Women are DIFFERENT. And that is completely OKAY.
So WHY put them on the same playing field?
Frankly, I don’t know. It’s my opinion that men and women are different, so we leave it at that.
Women have fought for their differences and their rights in those differences for YEARS; let’s recognize that instead of belittling that.
Instead, the left has taken the feminist movement and changed it in the name of inclusivity to EVERYONE’S rights.
