Once again, public schools across America continue to enforce unconstitutional mask mandates on students despite the science proving they are not effective. This time a public high school out of Albany, New York, has been caught lying to its students about a legal stay being granted when in actuality, they are still fighting it in court.
A student at Colonie Central High School was only admitted to the school after putting on a transparent mask, proving this is about token submission and not masks themselves. The student had to spend the day in an office on campus and could not attend his classes.
Another student who refused to comply with the school’s illegal mask mandate was kept outside in the cold all day without food, water, or a restroom while waiting for her father to come and pick her up.
If schools really cared about the health and education of these children, they would stop enforcing mask mandates and start teaching them to think for themselves.
