Schools within the University of Tennessee-Knoxville system will now require professors to submit to Marxist indoctrination in the form of CRT training and more.
According to plans obtained by The College Fix, professors must now complete training with historical connections to Marxism and leftist indoctrination, a.k.a. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), create a critical race theory center on campus, and add diversity-based lessons and curriculum to the university.
The College Fix discovered the plans of 20 academic departments and administrative divisions, totaling over 300 pages of new regulations, requirements, and expectations by the woke left.
One of the major pieces of the plan is the requirement for professors to participate in these practices in order to receive tenure.
