The left in California is holding on to tyrannical overreach with a white knuckle grip. What are they doing now? Oh, not much… Just paying popular Instagram influencers to promote mask-wearing DESPITE mask mandates no longer being required in public.
@yolarobert, an Instagram influencer and writer for Forbes, posted a reel this week explaining how she’ll still be wearing a mask in public in California because “she feels personally responsible for protecting herself and others.” She elaborates by saying it helps protect the immune-compromised people despite no data backing this up.
In the description, she clarifies that the reel is an AD and that the post is sponsored. She tags California Public Health and directs people to California’s own state COVID guidelines.
When people started calling her out in the comments for being a literal clown, she disabled them. A few hours after that, she deleted the entire post. Why Yola?
Don’t be shocked if you start seeing more California influencers virtue signaling about how much better they are than you because they’ll still “wear a mask to help people.” For a paycheck, of course.
