As we all know, Venezuala (or what’s left of it) is the perfect example of what NOT to do!!!

Venezuela, however, sits on some of the largest oil reserves that we know of today. Still, any effort of economic growth is immediately shut down due to their radical socialist government. Their government is notorious for human rights violations, hyperinflation, poverty, malnutrition, high crime, and of course, widespread government CORRUPTION.

While this socialist “failed-state” struggles to rise from the ashes, the U.S. State Department has just released that Venezuela entered an arms deal with Iran in which they will buy “long-range missile systems” in exchange for Venezuelan solid gold.

I’m sorry, WHAT?!?! This is the country that cannot feed their people, cannot protect their people, and cannot defend themselves from any kind of internal corruption, and they have decided to buy long-range missiles?

Let this be a testament to what happens to failed-socialists states. In just a few years, you can go from “Medicare for all” to starving your citizens so that you can buy long-range missiles from a literal terror state in the Middle East.

Never fear, the U.S. has said that they will not let the missiles make it to Venezuela’s coast. However, this is yet another reminder of the quick fall from grace that comes with becoming a “socialist.”
