Why do Americans need to get permits and approvals by the state in order to improve our own private property?
The right to obtain and own property directly reflects the fruits of his/her own labor (both intellectual and physical). The regulation of private property enslaves one American to another which denies that American his/her own liberty.
How is this happening in America?
