First off, major props to radio host ‘Charlamagne tha God’ for asking Vice President Kamala Harris the pressing questions. You can watch the full video here, but Charlamagne invited VP Harris onto his show to discuss a multitude of topics including student loan forgiveness and voting laws. Overall, I thought the exchange went well, and Vice President Harris answered the questions with grace, but once he questioned who’s really in power is when things got heated.
After he asked her who the real president is, the Vice President’s staff interrupted the show saying, “We can’t hear you. We have to wrap up.” It was extremely awkward for a few seconds but the VP Harris asserted that she could hear and the interview went on. She then accused him of “Talking like a [conservative]” for questioning the authenticity of this presidency.
The kicker is that it’s not just conservatives questioning the authenticity of the presidency. His approval rating is at a historic low, and much of it has to do with the way President Biden carries himself on live television as well as the sheer amount of times he’s contradicted himself. There’s a lot of people actually concerned with this administration and it’s for good reason.
