A lot of press is swirling around the potential for a NATIONWIDE mandate for masks. Don’t let the government fool you; this is BAD NEWS.

While they claim that this is beneficial for all Americans, instituting a direct order for the people of the United States to wear a certain kind of clothing seems a bit too far. You see, as Americans, we have the right to choose what we feel is best for ourselves. We DON’T need the government telling what we should and shouldn’t do; that’s what free will is for.

Now I’m not saying that I have a problem with masks or that masks are bad or anything. If a private business says, “masks are mandatory,” then so be it. That is THEIR right!

I am merely saying that as the American people, we have the right and the brainpower to think for ourselves. The thought of ANY politically corrupt government in power dictating the things that we can and can’t wear is not something I like thinking about. Before we hand our rights to the government and let them THINK for the US, it is essential to know that the freedoms we give up, we tend not to get them back.
