You came to the right place; I have all the updates for upcoming and ongoing trials to get caught up on right here. Let’s get into it!
In the Kenosha shooting involving Kyle Rittenhouse, the judge has ruled that the persons shot at cannot be referred to as “victims” but rather “rioters.” The trial begins Monday, and Rittenhouse hopes for a jury with enough people to believe he was acting in self-defense. Updates to come.
Another status update regarding the Alec Baldwin shooting; the Sheriff’s office and DA have come forward and said that criminal charges are on the table for Baldwin. Evidence shows that crew members were using the gun to shoot cans with live ammo hours before filming. Certainly, no celebrity is above the law and anyone operating a firearm SHOULD know the first rule to gun safety: always assume it’s loaded. Time will tell if Baldwin is entirely protected by the system or if a local prosecutor will hold him accountable.
In Loudoun County, the judge declared “boy in a skirt” is guilty of assaulting a teenage girl in the school bathroom even though the school board has NO report of it taking place. The corruption is disgusting and every single school board member and teacher who knew about the incident should be fired and prosecuted immediately. Don’t forget, the victim’s father was arrested for speaking out about the assault.
