It feels like every day there’s another power hungry politician barking orders in our ears about what we should be doing for COVID protocol. The funny thing is that often the LOUDEST oligarchs are the ones that aren’t even doing what they say!
Whether it be governors who dine with no masks in large groups at the “French Laundry” or certain doctors who CLAIM that masks are the best thing ever to happen, but then they don’t even wear them at Major League Baseball games, one thing is for sure. I AM TIRED OF HEARING IT.
I have four words that will cure my frustration, PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH. It’s easy for the billionaires and celebrities to sit in their castles upon their hills and yell at REAL Americans to do certain things when they can’t even do it themselves.
Just the other day, Bill Gates called for a six-month complete lockdown of America. Bill, it’s easy to say that from your ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN MILLION DOLLAR HOME.
For most of America, we have to work. Day in and day out. We have to make sure everyone is fed. We have to pay the bills. We have to keep the freaking lights on.
We can’t just kick back in our ivory tower and forget our REAL WORLD responsibilities! So next time you hear something out of these pompous politicians and billionaires, make sure they are ACTUALLY doing what they are saying to.
