Sunday evening, Darrell Brooks deliberately drove through a crowd of unarmed & unsuspecting men, women, and children who were partaking in a normal, run of the mill, Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin. After leaving the scene of such a horrible event and heading home as if it was just another fall day, he was apprehended and was subsequently charged with five counts of intentional homicide for murdering these innocent bystanders and injuring countless others.
Two days prior, though seemingly foreshadowing this murderous act, Brooks had just been released on $1000 bail after having punched the mother of his child in the face and unironically, intentionally running her over with his car (the satirical nature of this story is certainly undercut by the unfortunate tragedy of this unspeakable act committed by this deranged criminal). Due to these violent offenses and other consciously bad decisions on his part, he was arrested and charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, jumping bail, and battery. Yet, this criminal was granted a $1000 bail amount despite having a vast history of offenses, including pimping out and impregnating a 16-year-old girl in Nevada.
This coward of a human being is the epitome of weakness, as he is so terrified of an actual physical confrontation (unless confronting a woman) that he has to use his vehicle as a weapon to provide a buffer between him and his victims. Individuals like him are the dregs of our world, for which should be the very reason why such people should not be allowed back into polite society after committing such egregious acts. However, these people are the very ones that the Left is enamored by when it comes to us on the Right supporting and advocating for criminal justice. Just as young high school women swoon over the “bad boy charm” of the rebel outcast in school, so does the Left when it comes to criminals of the despicable kind (e.g., George Floyd, Jacob Blake, etc.).
Life under Leftist rule certainly allows for such instances from the aforementioned people. You may find this take to be quite provocative on the surface, but I assure you, I can explain my reasoning. Allow me to turn your attention to the concept the Left champions – “bail reform.” Bail reform is what you get when, yet again, the Left doesn’t like an aspect of a just society, thus bringing attention to such an issue, then switching the narrative to revolve around race to make it appear more palatable to the public. In the case of bail reform, the general consensus is that minorities remain in jail pre-trial more than whites do. This is certainly not because of the high amounts of crime minorities tend to commit in inner cities where many of them live below the poverty line and on government assistance, which then contributes to them not being able to financially pay for bail or a bond; but interestingly and “originally” enough, according to the Left, it’s only because white people are inherently richer due to ever-present systemic racism and oppression, enabling them the financial opportunities to afford to post bond. Thus, such bail reform would mean much lower costs to bail out criminals so that poorer minority violent offenders can be free to roam the streets once more, e.g., Darrell Brooks.
Now, aside from this being an issue the Left created, it would also interest you to see the way CNN reports on a minority (in this case, a Black man) who willfully murdered five people, as opposed to the falsely alleged “white supremacist” Kyle Rittenhouse who, on video, defended himself whilst being assaulted multiple times.
Make no mistake, had this been a White offender, the media would have been very interested in aspects of this criminal and his criminal history, daily habits, as well as social media posts. If only Darrell Brooks fit the narrative they are trying to spread, they would know he posted this:
How long are we going to allow these Leftist news media outlets to deceive, mislead, and outright lie to the American people before we completely cancel them for their media malfeasance? How long will we allow them to continually sow the seeds of discord before we speak up and fight back in a meaningful way? This needs to happen, and soon. The gross misrepresentations of both cases need to become a ‘thing of the past,’ as they are disgusting to witness.
This entire case is exactly what we need to show the Left when they claim we “crackdown too hard” on criminality. What happened was a totally preventable tragic loss of life. I sincerely hope the DA in Milwaukee reconsiders his Left-leaning ideologies after this horrible disaster and prosecutes this unfit menace to society, Darrell Brooks, to the fullest extent of the law.
