Propaganda is present in everyday life around every subject you can think of. Groups push their narrative to get the results they are looking for even if the results are not for the greater good.

Too often, people put feelings before facts, and that is just a recipe for disaster.

The same is true in the outdoor/hunting industry. The anti-hunting/ “animal lover” groups come together to try to make outdoorsmen look like the bad guy without looking at the facts and science.

This is a real-life billboard that anti-hunting groups use to get their message across.

However, there is nothing factual about this ad except to push their narrative to stop hunting altogether.

Regardless of feelings, people need to start looking more into subjects rather than just seeing and believing all the headlines.

The truth is, hunting is conservation, and without the money generated by outdoorsmen, we wouldn’t be able to do the extensive research and studies that go into keeping the ecosystem in check.

My advice to you, never stop learning. Always do research before forming your own opinion on a subject. Ask Questions. Hear both sides of the debate. Never be ashamed to stick up for what you believe in!
