Throughout my past ventures and career expeditions, I’ve had somewhat of an interesting revelation that I think is worth sharing with everyone…
I think sometimes it’s easy for us to get bogged down in the trenches and hamster of politics, and honestly, it can feel like a losing battle. Believe it or not, it gets to me too.
I looked at the current political climate in our country, and I see so many problems, and all I want to do is go and fix them, fight against the bad ideals and fight for all the good ones.
However, the issue is that people don’t always respond well to that.
If I walk up to someone and just yell, “COMMUNISM IS BAD, COMMUNISM IS BAD, COMMUNISM IS BAD,” a bunch of times, nothing will change because there’s no moral reasoning that I’ve presented for them to change.
However, if I walk up to someone and tell them that I believe in hard work, I believe people should be rewarded for their hard work and that they shouldn’t expect to be equal to every person who may not have worked as hard, odds are that would work better.
The problem in America is just that. There’s no conviction or exposure to the cons of an ideology, but there sure are a ton of loud people yelling pros.
We gotta bring back the conviction of the cons. With topics such as abortion, people need to know that I’m against abortion not because someone is “anti-woman” but because we’re in favor of the life within that woman!
It’s time we bring some morality back to this beautiful country and start showing people that we stand for something righetous and aren’t backing down!
