Since this is now a federal provision, it would be fair to assume that the Constitution applies. This would mean mandatory religious exemptions under the First Amendment. If you are in a state with a conservative leader, any kind of religious, medical, or prior infection exemptions will likely be easily granted, as it is highly unlikely that they agree with the invasive nature of the mandate.
