As Andrew Breitbart famously said, “Politics is downstream from culture.” Hollywood knows this, which is why they’re currently using their monopoly on culture to push out maskaganda!
Warner Bros. announced that they would be partnering with the Ad Council and the CDC to run a pro-mask campaign on all social media platforms. They’ve added a CGI mask to popular characters like Harry Potter, Wonder Woman, and the Hobbits from Lord of The Rings, to name a few.
“We hope that by seeing some of our favorite heroes and characters masked up, our fans will follow suit,” Senior VP of corporate social responsibility at WarnerMedia Dennis Williams said.
The ads say things like, “Let’s get back to doing our favorite things, whatever that might be. Slow the spread. Mask up America.”
President and CEO of the Ad Council Lisa Sherman thanked Warner Bros. for echoing the government’s mask up message.
“We know that face masks continue to be one of the most effective ways we can protect ourselves against the virus, and we’re truly grateful to Warner for lending their talent and iconic films to support this critical message,” Sherman said.
The masking virtue signaling is sicker than the virus itself. Let taxpaying Americans make our own decisions. Has Hollywood learned nothing? They’re the last people we look to for moral advice.
