Cartoon Network came out with an ad showing children how to be “anti-racist,” and it’s interesting. In the animated 1 minute spot, a black boy tells a white boy, “Hey, when we’re older, let’s get married!”

Then a white female character interrupts the two boys, saying, “you can’t get married.”

“Why not?” asks the white male character.

“Black people can’t marry white people,” responds the white female character.

Suddenly, Garnet from Cartoon Network’s Steven Universe shows up and tells the three of them, “Kids, don’t be racist.”

The irony isn’t lost that the example they use of supposed racism is keeping blacks and whites separate. It’s the political left who is OBSESSED with segregation. Just look at colleges across the country for an example. Some are offering segregated housing, and Michigan University had to apologize after making a cafe for whites only and one for blacks only!

Remember CHAZ/CHOP? RIP. They had a whole section that said, “BLACKS ONLY” for a “blackout.”

The Cartoon Network ad would be correct; the example they gave about someone saying a black person shouldn’t marry a white person IS RACIST. But let’s not pretend that the woke left is actively promoting segregation at a speed that would make Rosa Park cringe.
