NYC is Officially DEAD
It appears the New York City residents have finally had enough. According to Bloomberg, rents are at a decade low, plunging 22% in November from a year earlier. Per the United States Postal Service, there have been about 300,000 requests for a change of address since March. It appears that most of the requests are from people planning to move out of the city — many, out of the state. New York City is dying; hopefully, the remaining residents will choose better leaders or face grave consequences.
