If Roe V. Wade Were Constitutional, You Wouldn’t Be Afraid Of It Being Overturned.

On Jan. 22, 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court passed Roe V. Wade, which ruled that abortion must be kept safe, legal, and rare.

Roe V. Wade was passed because the Supreme Court majority somehow interpreted abortion in a “right of privacy” protected by the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Roe V. Wade represents a government failure, a failure of its duty to defend the innocent and vulnerable.

Leftist Americans, including some who claim to be “non-political” (which means ignorant in politics), hold a different view of Roe v. Wade. They see abortion as a “constitutional right” because they are told it is by other leftists, celebrities, and the media. This is false.

The abortion industry and the entire left has perfected the abortion message to their advantage. It’sIt’s all about the woman, to them. “Feminism.” The feminist agenda. They don’t care about the baby’s life solely because caring about the baby’s life doesn’t help their leftist agenda one bit. Roe V. Wade is now a tool for leftist politicians and their entire leftist agenda.

Any conservative politician will automatically have the potential to “undermine Roe V. Wade.” If you are a judge and interpret the constitution as it was written (as you are supposed to), you must be stopped because of your potential to overturn Roe V. Wade.

Why, though? IF Roe V. Wade was, in fact, constitutional, why is the left afraid of it being overturned? And why are they so fearful of judges who interpret the Constitution AS IT WAS WRITTEN?
