America’s Economy Hits New Low
The Heritage Foundation’s annual Index of Economic Freedom is a piece of work I look forward to reading every year. This year, as I looked at the 2022 report, I was saddened to see the news: America’s economic freedom score just hit a record low.
This year, America’s economic freedom score was only 72.1, putting us at 25th on the list of freest countries in the Index, five spots lower than last year when we sat at 20th.
Seems like building back better isn’t working out too well…
