Truth Should Not Be Offensive
Truth is such a powerful and revealing force in the world, a force that is often suppressed because it offends those who duck and dodge reality consistently. However, this does not stop what’s true from revealing itself. We, as Americans, need to stop denying facts for the sake of our feelings and instead fully engage with the truth and what it provides if we are going to move forward as a functioning society. Without truth, there can be no foundation to build upon.
