To be a Conservative woman who goes into the Liberal viper’s den that is “The View” is brave, bold, and admirable. Think about it: a Conservative woman that goes on this show does so with the full knowledge that she will be “dragged” all over Twitter, have her points of view misrepresented, and then be forced to answer for every real and perceived shortcoming of the Conservative movement.

Meghan McCain is making news this week for calling out the “toxic” behavior on the set and from co-hosts Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg – and as someone who watched nearly every embarrassing and excruciating exchange for the last five years, I’m sure that “toxic” doesn’t even begin to describe it.

As Meghan described on the “Hannity” show on Fox News, the behavior from her Liberal co-hosts became more toxic as the show grew in popularity. What “The View” co-hosts and executives fail to understand is that the only time a talk show is at all interesting is when it has a diversity of viewpoints. Who wants to watch “The View” with a bunch of privileged Liberal women agreeing with each other and ranting about Conservatives? BORING!

And it’s no mistake that the only attention “The View” has really gotten since McCain left is getting coverage now because she’s spilling the tea about her time on the show. But McCain isn’t the only Conservative woman that has dared to venture into the Liberal hornet’s nest. Former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice is now trending because of her desire to “move on” from the capitol riot of January 6th. Of course, she is. For correctly stating that January 6th is about number 2,403 on the list of things average Americans that are not in media or politics think about. She’s getting excoriated by the Leftist media for this. God bless her for knowing this was coming and standing behind her beliefs anyway.

American media and political discourse needs to have a diversity of opinions. One of the reasons America seems so divided right now is because social media and our media consumption allows for us all to retreat into our own little bubbles and echo chambers.

These Conservative women that dare set foot on the set of “The View” explode the echo chambers of the Left, and expose WAY more people to Conservative views than would have ever happened if they stayed in their bubble of Conservative-only media. Good for them. We need more of this in our mainstream political discourse.
