Conservative Women Are The Best Women!
Through Turning Point USA, I was connected with an amazing group of women from my home state of Pennsylvania. They call themselves the Conservative Women of the Mainline, but they are so much more! They are a group of ambitious, smart, involved, brave ladies living in the suburbs of Philadelphia who felt politically isolated in their often outspoken, liberal communities.
In the Spring of 2020, they bonded together over common political views, opinions on Covid restrictions, and school closures. They realized that as a united group, they could effectuate change and create a powerful conservative voice to target these key issues.
In just a few short months, they formed a legal entity, created a website, built a 14k Instagram following, and obtained 300+ paying members. They hold monthly membership meetings and feature guest speakers-I was the guest speaker for March 2021.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time with these women and learned so much. They are working in their local communities to change the makeup of school boards, city councils, and other elected offices. They raise money and donate the funds to like-minded individuals and causes.
Just as Turning Point USA brings young conservatives together to promote freedom, conservative activism, and unity, Conservative Women of the Mainline do the same thing for the post-collegiate crowd.
I am truly proud of their work, proud to call these women new friends, and extremely proud to say I will be working with them in the future.
