Canadian Catholic School Teacher Talks to Children about the Pride Flag
A teacher at Holy Spirit School, a Catholic kindergarten and elementary school in Ottawa, Canada, shared a post to Twitter last year explaining how she taught her young students about the pride flag and inclusivity.
Popular Twitter account Libs of TikTok found the teacher’s post and shared it with her audience, complete with the statement, “Homeschool your kids.”
During “pride month” in 2022, Natalie Boucher, a kindergarten teacher specializing in French courses at Holy Spirit School, boasted about the pride flag displayed at the institution, seemingly in direct conflict with the Catholic faith.
“Holy Spirit Catholic School exists for children whose parents have chosen to educate them within a Catholic environment. While the Ministry of Education provides the basic academic framework, Christian values provide the living framework for school life — from the curriculum to special liturgical celebrations to community service projects”

Holy Spirit School is apart of the Ottowa Catholic School Board, which also promotes faith-based learning combined with ‘inclusivity” training — which is simply a keyword for leftist indoctrination. Apparently, numerous Catholic institutions in Canada have abandoned the Biblical view of marriage altogether in exchange for what is socially acceptable.
Last year, CBC reported that pride flags flew at numerous Catholic schools in regions across Canada, celebrating the new and accepting version of the Christian faith. Despite the fact that the move outraged parents, who expected to be signing their children up for a traditional and faith-based education, the schools unilaterally determined that it was for the greater good of humanity to wave pride flags.
The left attacks the term “grooming” constantly, calling it offensive, stereotypical, transphobic, homophobic, and every other “phobic” imaginable, when in reality, it is the truth. Teaching children in kindergarten about sexuality is wildly inappropriate, minors are not mature enough to fully comprehend the subject — but the adults pushing this ideology know that.
Teachers, at both public and private schools, have abandoned traditional education, which prepares children to be well-rounded and competent adults, and in turn for teach gender theory, sexuality, and social acceptance instead of academic excellence.
