3 Things You May Not Know About Alex Clark
Despite the fact she CANCELLED me at SAS for not being obsessed with her cinnamon rolls (rude!) the Queen of POPlitics 👸🏻 aka Alex Clark has become one of my best friends in the world thanks to Turning Point USA! I am so grateful to have her in my life and honestly would not be the same person without her.
People ask me all the time what Alex is like off camera & away from the POPlitics set… so here’s 3 things you may not know about the OG CUTEservative! 👇
1. Alex is literally the pickiest eater I have ever met in my life. You guys know she’s really picky about her food from POPlitics, but going out to eat with Alex is always a fun experience. Every time we order she asks the waiter, “wait, just to make sure, there’s NO CHEESE in here, right?!” I have never seen someone hate the gloriousness that is cheese so much, but I guess that means more cheese for me! We’re a match made in heaven. Fun bonus fact–despite her insane energy levels–Alex doesn’t drink coffee either!
2. Alex loves Taylor Swift more than anyone on earth. She once told me that when a new T-Swizzle album is released, she takes the entire day off work, starts listening to the album at midnight to start the day, and listens ALL DAY while reading the lyrics to the new songs to make sure she doesn’t miss a SECOND. She is adorable, a TS superfan, and I love it. (As for me, I’m team country music-Taylor all day long, which Alex loves to debate me on!!)
3. I knew about Handman AKA Alex’s sweet boyfriend LOOONNNNGGG before any of you 😆 We actually have been friends for a long time thanks to Turning Point USA, so I’ve known Handman since 2017! He is a true gentlemen and the world needs more young men like him. It KILLED ME not to share their adorable relationship with you guys for so long!
Alex is the most genuine, what-you-see-is-what-you-get person I know. She’s a true friend to all who know her and I am so proud of her living her American Dream ♥️
