Who Fact-Checks The “Fact Checkers?”
It is the year 2020, and we now have “fact-checkers” on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
For some reason, and it is quite impressive, every single one of these “fact-checkers” are leftists.
I can’t tell you how many times something I have posted has been flagged as fake news, and it was not fake news.
What it was, though, was detrimental to the agenda of the left.
The real job behind the name of a “fact-checker” is that they are on a journey to suppress the First Amendment rights of conservatives. They want to control the narrative. This is also known as propaganda.
I should add that if you receive too many “fact checks,” your account can be terminated. In other words: Only speak what we say is OK, and if you disobey, we will shut you up entirely.
Does this sound American to you?
Last week, Candace Owens finally decided to go after these “fact-checkers” who flagged her content as fake news.
They quickly responded to her lawyers and said: “We made a mistake,” and removed the fake news tag.
Let me be very clear; this ONLY happened because Candace was ready to go after them legally. They admitted that they were wrong AFTER Candace took action. If she hadn’t done anything, it would still be labeled fake news.
The regular person, who doesn’t have the same resources as Candace, cannot do anything about these leftists posing as “fact-checkers” and knocking down things they want to say.
In the most simple terms, this is a pure suppression of our right to free speech.
These “fact-checkers” have too much power; in fact, they are fascists hiding behind a name.
