A Turning Point Chapter at North Scott High School decided to prepare some gift baskets for police officers and first responders as a part of their chapter kick-off event. The Left is, of course, furious about it.
During The Left’s CRUSADE to defund the police, we have seen MANY heroes like these kids step up to show their support.
Since The Left’s ‘woke’ ideologies began to surface, MULTITUDES of people have shown their support for the brave men and women who wear badges and risk their lives EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
It is so important for us as Americans to CLEARLY SHOW that we are allies to the police, NOT ENEMIES!
Just like Lyons Township High School’s Turning Point USA Chapter, these students define that PERFECTLY, saying they hope this encourages other groups to do the same.
The Left thinks their activism revolves around ‘cute woke’ Instagram stories, but this is where the REAL CHANGE happens.
Instead of just talking the talk, these students are WALKING THE WALK.
I encourage EVERY student to not just raise awareness for our heroes but to ACT ON IT.
This gesture no doubt changed the men and women who were fortunate enough to receive their gifts. In our day and age, where law enforcement is constantly under attack, wrongfully labeled as enemies to the communities they protect and serve, we need that NOW more than EVER!
