VP Kamala Harris’ Office Is An Unhealthy Environment
Former staffers are speaking out about the horrible treatment they received working for the Vice President. One person with “direct knowledge” of what goes on in the office said, “people are thrown under the bus from the very top, there are short fuses, and it’s an abusive environment.”
To make matters worse, VP Harris’ spokesperson Symone Sanders defended the office atmosphere saying, “We are not making rainbows and bunnies all day. What I hear is that people have hard jobs and I’m like, ‘welcome to the club.”
And in defense of the Vice President creating this negative atmosphere for her team, Sanders said, “Vice President Harris is focused on the work, not the chatter at the water cooler,” Sanders said.”
A true leader sets the right tone for their office and workspace. The environment the leader creates not only reflects them as an individual but determines what the team’s accomplishments and mindset will be as time plays out.
If VP Harris is only a heartbeat away from being the leader of the free world, you’d think she’d be able to create a safe and healthy office environment for her staff.
