UPS Is Now Hosting Woke Webinars
As unfortunate as it may be, I’m an avid user of government-operated Amtrak. I’m also the granddaughter of a Navy veteran who relied on a Veterans Affairs Hospital. I’m telling you this because I saw more than enough to know that the United States government does not run businesses efficiently, effectively, proactively, expediently or financially well. Therefore, I try to NEVER rely on the United States Post Office. UPS, although more expensive, was a great service for shipping packages…until now. UPS has gone full WOKE. Instead of focusing on delivering mail, UPS is now in the business of “woke webinars.”
A few days ago, I received an email from UPS indicating that I should join a webinar with outspoken, leftist actress Eva Longoria. The email explained that she will be discussing topics such as equity and inclusivity. None of this will be about true inclusivity or equity. History will repeat itself. Just look at her activist history.
The left has taken a stronghold of the film, music, sports, airline, automobile and the food/beverage industries. Nowadays, every company feels like they have to speak on hot topics using celebrities who, a vast majority of the time, do more harm than good. These events divide more than unite.
Can’t we PLEASE just mail packages without worrying about politics?
