Today Is Tax Day! Who Pays the Most Income Tax?
Today is tax day and Americans everywhere are facing the brutal reality of turning over a sizeable sum of our income over to the most unreliable spenders of all time–the federal government.
I will personally be in mourning for the next several days.
The Left is constantly attempting to drive up the tax rate in America to pay for even more reckless spending on government programs, claiming the “rich” should “pay their fair share” when it comes to taxes in America–meaning those who can afford it should pay more for everyone.
Interestingly–they already do! I explain that in this episode of “Freedom Seeds.”
Turns out, Americans who make more than $200,000 a year pay more than 50% of all income taxes in America. WOAH. Those of us who do make that much money are ALL also within the top 10% of income earners nationwide–so the top 10% is already paying a massive percentage of federal income tax.
RIP our bank accounts today–and also the narrative of the Left.
