But when liberals and leftists who HATE when others are put in a box decide to stereotype us into one big dummy, redneck brigade of deplorables, I can’t help but smile. It’s funny!
Jen Psaki, the White House Press Secretary, announced they have a new initiative to get “fact-based messages into the hands of local messengers,” and they’ve been getting creative at reaching conservatives who are hesitant to vaccinate by targeting religious gatherings and putting PSAs on the Deadliest Catch, Nascar, and Country Music TV.
What’s so funny to me is that part of me was like, “Yep, that is so my family” because I remember my parents watching “Deadliest Catch” at night together, and CMT would be on the TV playing music videos in the morning. But at the same time, it’s so ridiculous for them to be pushing their left-leaning propaganda about COVID-19 to people who disagree with them by championing big stereotypes of what “conservatives” value and pay attention to.
Their assumption that we are all the same is damaging to their efforts, so perhaps they will soon realize we are a much more diverse group of people after all.
