Last fall, TPUSA CEO and founder Charlie Kirk visited the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) as part of the TPUSA Live Free Tour designed to promote conservative values on college campuses. While Kirk was there, I was also present on campus to survey UCLA students with these simple questions: Is America racist, and does white privilege exist?
UCLA, located in Beverley Hills, California, is one of the most prestigious universities in the state. When I asked this simple question, I received the exact answers you would expect from entitled college students these days. Most students regurgitated left-wing talking points and buzz words, unable to actually explain or defend their answers.
Unfortunately, this lack of critical thinking is not exclusive to UCLA’s campus. Students at every education level across the country are being indoctrinated to believe left-wing ideologies. Students blindly follow the beliefs forced upon them by school officials, and ultimately, they fail to provide evidence when faced with intellectual scrutiny.
This is the unfortunate reality of the next generation of voters being fed the lies of white privilege, systemic racism, and equity.
