A company has started a petition asking businesses to replace their feminine care products with the name of “period products” or “menstrual products.” The reason for this is that they say “trans men and non-binary people can have periods too.”
I can’t believe I have to say this, but no, men cannot and do not have periods. It is impossible for a man, born with male sex organs, to menstruate. Menstruation requires female sex organs, and therefore men cannot experience menstruation.
Did I just have to explain that?
This is called…. wait for it…. SCIENCE!

In conclusion, if you’re experiencing a period that requires the purchase and use of period products, YOU ARE NOT A MAN.
