Raise your hand if you think the First Amendment of the United States Constitution is “ignorant” and a “work in progress!”

The Chancellor’s Professor Emerita in the Department of Anthropology at the University of California, Berkeley Nancy Scheper-Hughes, thinks so!

Hate speech is an act of violence. The First Amendment is ignorant of this,” says Professor Scheper-Hughes.

According to Professor Scheper-Hughes, we are, unfortunately, “STUCK” with the First Amendment—for now! It can be scary to think about what the radical Left wants to eradicate in this country.

Not surprisingly, Professor Scheper-Hughes also takes issue with the SECOND Amendment! Our freedoms enshrined in the Second Amendment are just symptomatic of a FAILED DEMOCRACY!

There’s so much Professor Scheper-Hughes dislikes about the rights guaranteed to Americans in the United States Constitution that I feel like sending Professor Scheper-Hughes a brand new pocket Constitution, courtesy of TPUSA!

And why not? These are beautiful! Take a look at this incredible publication! TPUSA is sending TENS OF THOUSANDS of these pocket Constitutions to TPUSA student chapters all over the country!

There are so many interesting additional facts about the Constitution that I’m willing to bet that even Professor Scheper-Hughes couldn’t resist revisiting our nation’s greatest document!

I also have to give a massive shoutout to the sponsor who made this pocket Constitution possible. Rita LeBlanc is a true patriot! Thanks to Rita, we’re able to send these beautiful pocket Constitutions to as many students as possible.

Excuse me while I look through all the pictures in this new pocket Constitution and arm myself with ways to combat the progressive Left’s push to change our great Constitution.
