A former inmate at a Washington women’s prison filed a lawsuit alleging that she was sexually assaulted by a biological male who was transferred to the women’s prison under the guise of transgenderism.

Mozzy Clark is suing the State Department of Corrections for locking her in a cell with a 6’4 convicted child molester, according to the New York Post. Clark’s lawsuit claims the biological male inmate subjected her to months of stalking, threats of violence, and threats of sexual assault.

The transgender-identifying individual named is Christopher Scott Williams, who was convicted of sexually assaulting a young girl as a male. Williams was serving a separate sentence for domestic abuse when he was transferred to the women’s prison.

Williams petitioned to be recognized as a female and be transferred to a women’s prison, following a change in gender identity. Clark alleged that her life became a nightmare when the state granted Williams’ request and placed him in a cell with her.

Clarks claims that Williams would threaten to assault her, stare at her in the shower, and constantly ask for sex.

“In their cell, Ms. Clark was on the bottom bunk. Mr. Williams … would hover menacingly over Ms. Clark’s bunk with an erection while touching himself,” the lawsuit reads. “He would also display his erection to Ms. Clark against her will, and gestured towards it, saying how much he wanted her.”

Clark said the guards did little to protect her when she complained.

“He also started threatening her with violence if she complained about him again,” the lawsuit alleges.

The lawsuit is asking for restitution from the state for “extreme emotional distress, shame, intimidation, humiliation, indignation, embarrassment, and fear.”

Clark is not the only one who has made claims against Williams. In August, another inmate alleged lewd, intimidating behavior from Williams and other transgender-identifying inmates. There were at least 11 biological males in the Washington Corrections Center for Women at the time.
