In July, Turning Point USA (TPUSA) concluded its fifth Chapter Leadership Summit (CLS) in Tampa, Florida. CLS is an event for students to become impassioned about the values that characterize the US, inspiring them to spread patriotism among their generation.

At events like CLS, students engage with captivating speakers and other like-minded students, allowing them to build lasting friendships and establish a network of connections. Several are also inspired to create Club America chapters at their schools.

Throughout its thirteen years of existence, a crucial part of TPUSA’s mission is engagement with students on social and political issues, endeavoring to change perspectives and create a grassroots network of students who are proud of their country and willing to get involved in their communities and help make a change in them. TPUSA has built upon this mission over the years, with its high school program, Club America, launched in 2022, experiencing great growth.

One student who attended CLS said she left the conference “feeling confident and inspired to build my chapter on campus, thanks to the array of renowned speakers, the invaluable networking opportunities, and the time spent discussing best practices with other chapters. Ultimately, CLS allowed me to enhance my chapter on so many levels!”

Club America continues to facilitate a movement of patriotic young leaders who are committed to defending the freedom that defines the country and are prepared to pass that duty down to future generations. With TPUSA powering this mission, patriotism is making its way back to American classrooms and communities.
