A student at Miami Dade College recently damaged items on a “Prove Me Wrong” Turning Point USA tabling event abruptly and without any provocation.
The student at the TPUSA table was participating in a civil discussion with another, when the anti-TPUSA student rushed to the table excitedly, began screaming, and flipped over a sign (depicted above). She then walked away while yelling, “Go f*** yourself fascist.”
Prior to this, the student appeared to have been engaged with a friend who was attempting to discourage her from going to the table. Ultimately she broke away from him in order to ransack the table, to his evident dismay.
According to the TPUSA chapter member who witnessed this incident take place, these actions caused a disruption of “the event and created a tense and unsafe environment for those present.”
