An Antifa activist created a flyer containing a list of “right-wing” journalists and commentators who cover the activities of the organization, calling for fellow activists to watch out for those on the list during demonstrations.
Posted throughout Portland, the flyers are titled “Far-Right ‘Content Creators’ [Be On The Lookout],” and is being disseminated across social media by Antifa.
The Washington Examiner reports, “The graphics were created by a transgender ‘nonbinary’ activist and artist known as ‘Hexcastly’ on social media. Antifa accounts are also circulating digital versions of the flyers via Bluesky, Facebook, and X.”
The flyer, which contains several images of journalists, imagery, and messaging that alleges those on the list are creating narratives by traveling to different states to cover Antifa protests against US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) initiatives.
The presence of journalists at the White House’s roundtable on Antifa was also a factor in the creation of the list.
Turning Point USA Frontlines Reporter Jonathan Choe, along with journalist Nick Sortor, were both included on this list, and also referenced as individuals who attended the roundtable.
“Do I want to be on a hit list? No,” Choe told TPUSA News upon learning of his presence on the list, which he also finds vindicating of his work. “But it also shows that we are exposing these violent Antifa domestic terrorists who are now feeling the squeeze from federal authorities. As a reporter for Frontlines, it’s my job to chase the truth regardless of the threat.”
According to the Washington Examiner, who interviewed journalist Chelly Bouferrache (also known as HoneyBadgerMom), four caltrops were placed in her driveway and caused a flat tire in her car, which she finds non-coincidental.
“There is a pattern of targeting journalists by the far Left, and it is not isolated to myself,” Bouferrache said. “I hope that the [Trump] administration is aware of this. This is a First Amendment issue. Following and supporting local and independent journalists helps significantly.”
In light of recent anti-ICE protests and riots throughout the US, the White House declared in September that Antifa is a domestic terrorist organization
