The left is lying to you about the economy. Whether it’s inflation or the empty shelves caused by the supply chain crisis, you are not getting an honest story from the mainstream media or liberal elected officials in Washington.
First, you have probably noticed that the TV talking heads are constantly downplaying inflation. They use words like “transitory” to make it sound temporary, but in actuality, inflation is the worst that it has been in nearly 40 years. Inflation jumped 7% in 2021, which is the fasted pace since 1982.
Second, liberal leaders are continually bragging that they saved Christmas. In actuality, private retailers and non-government shipping companies were the entities to step up production around the holidays. The government claimed its victories.
Both the government in Washington and the media are complicit in a bald-faced lie: they constantly claim that there is no supply chain crisis. They say that there are no empty shelves. If you have been to a supermarket or convenience store in the last six months, you have probably seen it for yourself. The shelves are bare.
