So let me get this straight:
Americans need an ID card to purchase alcohol, enter a casino, drive a car, board an airplane, go to an R-rated movie, visit a doctor, buy a house, get a vaccination in the first place—and NOW to prove they got that vaccination, they also need an ID.
But to vote in elections or migrate from another country? No ID needed.
How does that work?
