Today in POPlitics, I talked about how the woke NBA has been simping for social justice causes for so long that now they’re suffering record-low ratings. Not only that, but several political scientists at Reality Check Insights are saying that because of all this SJW drama, consumers now see the NBA as “a political organization that plays basketball on the side.” They said, “People are not even thinking about the NBA as a sport anymore… they’re literally evaluating it as an overt political thing.”

I’m not surprised in the least. When people watch an NBA game at this point, the focus isn’t on the sport, it’s on all of the political statements they’re making: specifically on BLM INC, which is a for profit organization run by self-proclaimed Marxists that want to destroy the nuclear family and western civilization. 

NBA viewers who understand the difference between the organization and the statement don’t have a problem supporting black lives but do have a problem with completely blowing up the black family to usher in a total government takeover, which is what BLM INC wants. 

Puts a little damper on the casual sports watching, does it not? You don’t have to support BLM INC to support black lives and to wish the best for the black community. 

One effort the NBA is doing that is deserving of praise is creating a foundation to empower black communities through education and youth employment. THAT is something all American’s can get behind, so why does the NBA insist on promoting such a corrupt organization at the cost of their ratings and brand integrity.
