What To Bring:

The only pie I like is Wick’s Sugar Cream Pie, a Hoosier specialty! Order this once, and I guarantee you’ll become addicted. The best part about it is it’s incredibly hot OR cold. I LOVE IT for breakfast! Bring this to your Holiday party (or send as a treat in the mail if you’re locked down) as a unique hostess gift with a bottle of wine, and you’ll be locked in for the guest list next year, I promise.

A great inexpensive seasonal gift is these cinnamon-scented pinecones. They work for Thanksgiving-New Years, smell incredible, and look so festive in a pretty bowl as a centerpiece or entryway decoration.

I don’t know about you, but woodsy/smokey/vanilla scents are my jam. This Tobacco & Patchouli Paddywax candle has been in my top faves for many years. I burn through several a year, and I love the cool jar they come in. Perfect for your hipster friends, haha.

A more traditional, safe scented candle that I discovered last Thanksgiving is this Montana Forest scent from Brooklyn Candle Studio. It smells like an expensive Christmas tree, if you ask me but is described on their site as being “Inspired by the fresh evergreens that grow in the airy mountains of Montana, this scent is reminiscent of nature in a far-off place.”

For Your Cuteservative/Dudeservative Friend:

How about some patriotic wine! I’ve discovered several wine companies lately that are prime for Cuteservatives, The Federalist being one of them. Their website says, “Born from the virtues of every forward-thinking, hard-working, red-blooded American.” SAY NO MORE!

For your active Cuteservative bestie who loves to work out, or just wear activewear and not be active like me, Alexo Athletica Concealed Carrywear Leggings are a MUST. Yes, you heard that right. They are made to conceal a firearm! SO SICK!

If you’re a first-time gun owner, don’t forget to take care of your firearm! If you’re like me and unsure what type of gun oil to get, here’s one that I like. Lucas Gun Oil is essential to maintain your firearm so that God forbid you are in a circumstance where you need to defend your life, there are no malfunctions.

Discovering Culture of Life was one of the coolest finds this year for me. I loved them so much they even asked me to be their Ambassador for 2020! They are a pro-life fashion brand that gives 100% of proceeds towards pro-life causes. They have everything from dresses to sweatshirts and accessories.

My favorite item, which got me hooked on them in the first place, is their 1972 necklace. 1972 is the last year that abortion was illegal. It’s the cutest and best conversation starter. I can’t tell you how many times someone asks me why that year is significant to me when I’m wearing it, and I can talk to them about why I’m pro-life!

And of course, you have to get your favorite Cuteservative some official CUTESERVATIVE MERCH! Be checking back frequently because you never know when something new might show up…

The cinnamon roll icing on top has to be the cutest pink book I’ve ever seen! My friend Allie Stuckey’s book, You’re Not Enough (And That’s Okay): Escaping The Toxic Culture Of Self-Love

For Yourself:

Look, I get it. 2020 has been the woooooorst. It’s my longstanding tradition to pick something out for myself when I’m Christmas shopping for my loved ones, so I won’t judge you if you want to do the same.

I might be in my late 20s, but I have always loved sparkling non-alcoholic juice. Put it in a wine glass and treat yoself! I tried Martinelli’s sparkling apple cider a few weeks ago, and I cannot get enough of it. I could drink it every day. This sparkling juice variety pack is like my dream, so we should probably both get this and party together.

This isn’t exactly fun, but it is a total game-changer. I don’t know what the heck I was doing before I owned a steamer. Actually, I do. I was using my HAIR STRAIGHTENER TO “IRON” MY CLOTHES. This is SO CHEAP (Under $20) and works great. Plus easy to pack up and travel with.

This is for sure a splurge, but ALL THE HEART EYES for these luxe headbands. Blair Waldorf would drool over these Lele Sadoughi x Stoney Clover ones.

Doing laundry sucks, but I look forward to it now so that I can smell this detergent from The Laundress. I loved the smell of this stuff so much that I bought the detergent, surface cleaner, and room spray immediately when I smelled it at my friend’s house. Imagine the smell of clean laundry on crack. That’s the best way I can describe it.

Last but not least: Apple TV. Mainly for The Morning Show, TBH.

Let me know in the comments if you own any of these things and what you think of them, or if you plan on getting any of these as a gift! I’d love to know what you go with!

Have a Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas!

Love,

Alex
