Recently, the Turning Point USA chapter at the University of Kansas released a formal statement supporting Katherine Lauer, a conservative student. Her sorority is attacking her for posting conservative content on her social media.
Katherine hasn’t broken any official sorority rules. Still, those in charge of her school’s chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta deem she has engaged in conduct “unbecoming of the fraternity” by posting conservative-oriented content on social media.
To suggest that a difference of opinion from the Left automatically negatively taints the image of a sorority is absurd. It should be called out immediately as nothing but empty virtue signaling.
What do you think about Kappa Alpha Theta’s decision to condemn one of their own for her outspoken conservative values?
