At Turning Point USA, we are dedicated to exposing the INSANITY from the frontlines of our college campuses. One way we succeed in doing so is through our Professor Watchlist, where we share the craziest stories from professors out there.
Chanequa Walker-Barnes from Mercer University is a new addition to the list, and it’s not hard to see how she got her name added!
Recently, a prayer devotional book went viral on social media after it was revealed major retailers like Target were selling a book which included a prayer stating, “Dear God, please help me to hate white people.” The author? You guessed it–Professor Walker-Barnes!
In a separate interview, this professor has stated her belief that Christian doctrine has been constructed by “white, European, and US men.”
Her crazy behavior is also present in the classroom. In one lecture, she asked White members of the audience, “How does it feel to be a problem?”
In a separate sermon at Biola University, she called on cops to “lay prostrate” and beg for forgiveness. In the same sermon, Walker-Barnes accused White Christians of worshipping the flag over the cross.
WOW. Can you imagine taking a class from this person?!
