One of the key causes of America’s slow but steady decay is the growing amount of ingratitude. If we had a greater understanding of history and the world around us, I believe Americans of all ages would be more appreciative and grateful for what we were blessed with.
Along with improved education on history and civics, I believe there are daily habits and techniques we could all utilize to improve gratitude in America, especially with our younger generations. This leads me to constantly be on the search for new opportunities to add lessons of gratitude to the journey of raising children.
I found this wonderful Gratitude Scavenger Hunt from SimpleAcresBlog recently and knew I had to share it with you guys:

The addition of a gratitude scavenger hunt that challenges children to think about their feelings and the world around them while also exploring nature is a great way to begin instilling the value of gratitude in your child!
