NFL’s Alleged “Nonpartisan” Voter Push Is Run By Left-Wing Nonprofits

The NFL claims to engage in a “nonpartisan” voter registration effort for the 2024 election, but an analysis of the partners shows the NFL is partnered almost exclusively with left-wing nonprofits.

The NFL Votes webpage boasts a litany of different, left-leaning nonprofit organizations ranging from “Rock the Vote” to “Voto Latino.” One organization, “Vet The Vote,” appears nonpartisan in its mission to get veterans to vote. However, not a single organization listed is conservative or even moderate.

The NFL’s voter campaign was created in 2020 to educate voters, register them, and activate them to the polls. The efforts are targeted at “NFL players, and legends, club and league personnel, and fans.”

Among the organizations listed is Rock The Vote, which started in 1990 and ultimately became large supporters of the Obama campaign. Rock The Vote boasts its ties to activating voters to vocally support Obamacare. The organization’s website has resources that specifically address left-wing social causes such as the 1969 Stonewall Uprising, Juneteenth, and curtailing “misinformation.”

Voto Latino, another listed nonprofit, was launched in 2013 and has close ties to far-left members of Congress, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Voto Latino is the same organization that seemingly bribed voters with a $1,000 stipend if they endorsed a left-wing candidate publicly.

The organization, I Am A Voter, has never supported a conservative message or candidate. The group was founded by well-known Hollywood leftist actress Debra Messing and fashion industry tycoon Mandana Dayani.

The NFL also partnered with Rise to Vote, an organization that has made millions by posing as the go-to voter registration organization for America’s professional sports sector. The group’s board includes known left-wingers such as NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, Lebron James’ business partner Maverick Carter, and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

Not a single organization supports conservative causes, yet the sports league continues to call these efforts “nonpartisan.”
