Don’t worry, I was confused too!

Story time:

This week I flew to Buffalo, New York to speak to the new TPUSA chapter at the University of Buffalo about firearms and the 2nd Amendment. The day before I flew out however, I got a call from the chapter leader informing me about an incident they had the week prior when some BLM members and other leftist groups protested that event! There is clearly an intent to prevent conservative speakers on campus across the board. How inclusive of them, right?

The this prior event, protests weren’t even peaceful and actually, two conservative students got assaulted by this group!

So, I get this news and I’m thinking “Great, people are getting assaulted, this group doesn’t like conservatives, and I’m going to a state that doesn’t support self-defense… your girl needs some security!”

Fast forward to the day of the event, Wednesday April 20th, and everything is figured out – according to the Reddit page where these protesters publicly communicate (lol), they weren’t planning on protesting my event but we still had police officers on site for added safety.

The event was held in the Student Center and went flawlessly with no protesters! My curious self, though, wondered “Why did they decide not to protest me, a conservative speaker?”

CHECK. THIS. OUT.

I found the group’s Reddit page and apparently most of them like guns!

This was the start of their conversation.

They hate TPUSA and conservative values because they don’t align with their values, but guns are “Fu#$ing cool”… which is considered a conservative value…

Moral of the story: These groups don’t have their values set straight because a lot of their beliefs are driven by MSM and hopping on a bandwagon.

But thanks for not protesting my event!
