Recently, Avery Severson of White Bear Lake High School found herself as the number one target in her school community after trying to start a Turning Point USA chapter on her high school campus. Avery was falsely accused of sending racist messages to students at the school, which lead to a school walk-out and vicious attacks against her. Students told her to “kill herself,” “get hanged,” and worse, only for the official investigation to find the whole situation to be a hoax.
