This week at my alma mater, Colorado State University, the local Turning Point USA chapter was hosting a “free speech wall” event during which an enraged Leftist student knocked down the wall and ran from the scene.
Half an hour later, the student returned and aggressively began questioning TPUSA students and staff about the organization, and proceeded to smack the hand of CSU’s campus coordinator away when she reached out to shake his hand.
This behavior is completely unacceptable but far too common and goes to show just how unhinged people are about the presence of intellectual diversity. To our students at Colorado State–stand strong! We are with you at TPUSA HQ and are so proud of your commitment to honoring freedom of speech and expression on campus.
