Joe Rogan excels at pushing intellectual boundaries.

A common theme amongst all of his podcast episodes is that he uses an open mindset when speaking to those with controversial viewpoints. In the year 2022, this is no easy feat. With cancel culture showing no signs of declining, those who practice free thought and free speech are quick to face outlash from some of our nation’s most prominent institutions and media.

Rogan is currently taking fire for using the n-word in some of his previous podcast episodes. Our nation’s news outlets have only fanned the flames, capitalizing on events from many years ago to propel a divisive and race-oriented agenda.

CNN recently put out an op-ed titled, “Joe Rogan’s use of the n-word is another January 6th moment.” Ah, yes: Because Joe Rogan once said the n-word (when referencing the words of someone else) is equivalent to the behavior of 6 million people during the January 6th insurrection. Got it.

Rogan has made it very clear that he apologized for using the n-word in the past. But this isn’t enough for leftists. What CNN really wants is for him to step down and stop speaking his mind. Perhaps it’s because Rogan and his audience intimidate them. And there’s a good reason for that. Americans listen to Rogan because he interviews people without an agenda. CNN works opposingly, relying on conjuring events and voices to match a given perspective.

As Orwell once said, “the further a society drifts from the truth, [the] more it hates those who speak it.”
