If you’ve been on social media for the past week, you’ve probably heard of the disappearance of Gabby Petito.
Gabrielle “Gabby” Petito was living the “van life” with her fiance, Brian Laundrie.
Laundrie returned home on September 1st without Gabby causing a lot of speculation– where is Gabby?
Her parents reported her missing on September 11th once they realized Brian was home and Gabby had not been heard from in weeks.
The FBI has been searching for her while her fiance, Brian Laundrie, has NOT been cooperating with the investigation. Instead, he has fled the scene and, in some reports, even said to have gone “missing” as well. With all the information presented thus far, most people believe he has been on the run with the help of his parents.
Sunday, September 19th, the FBI confirmed a body matching the description of Petito had been found in Grand Teton National Park.
As of the time that this article was written, Brian Laundrie is still nowhere to be found.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the Petito family. I can’t even imagine the horror and devastation of this reality. I hope justice is served.
